Run Yourself ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use the Run Yourself iOS app.

Information We Collect

We do not create user accounts or store any personally identifiable information. The only data processed is:

• Photos: Selfies you take or choose from your library to generate your 3D character. Photos are sent to Tripo AI's API for 3D model generation. We do not store, retain, or share your photos.
• Purchase data: In-app purchase status is stored locally on your device. No purchase history is sent to our servers.
• Ad identifiers (free users only): If you use the free version, Google AdMob may collect anonymous advertising identifiers for ad personalization in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

Camera and Photo Library

Run Yourself requests access to your camera and photo library solely to let you take or select a selfie for character creation. We do not access your camera or photos for any other purpose. You can revoke these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

Face Data

When you submit a selfie, that photo may contain your face ("face data"). Here is exactly how we handle it:

• What is collected: The photo you select or capture, which may contain your face.
• How it is used: Your photo is transmitted to Tripo AI's API solely to generate a 3D cartoon character that resembles you. It is not used for any other purpose.
• Third-party sharing: Your photo is shared with Tripo AI for real-time 3D model generation. No other third parties receive your photo.
• Storage: Your photo is not stored on Run Yourself's servers. The generated 3D model is downloaded to and stored on your device.
• Retention: Run Yourself does not retain your face data after character generation is complete. The resulting 3D character is stored on your device only.

Third-Party Services

• Tripo AI: Submitted selfies are processed by Tripo AI's 3D generation API to create your cartoon character. See Tripo AI's privacy policy for details.
• Google AdMob (free users only): Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers subject to your App Tracking Transparency preferences. See Google's privacy policy. Premium users see no ads and AdMob is not active for them.
• Apple: In-app purchases are processed by Apple. See Apple's privacy policy for details.

Data Storage

Run Yourself does not maintain a user database. Your premium status and avatar credits are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults mechanism. Your generated 3D character is stored in your app's local storage. No personal data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Children's Privacy

Run Yourself is appropriate for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Face data is processed only for character creation and is never stored on our servers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
